Neat Pad Pro steps up from the standard Neat Pad with a larger 10.1-inch WUXGA touchscreen (1920×1200, 300 nits) behind an anti-glare, fingerprint-resistant coating and 10-point capacitive multi-touch. It runs on the higher-performance Neat P2 platform and adds AI-powered audio processing with voice pickup enhancement to its built-in microphones and speaker.
An RGB status light bar communicates room availability, while onboard sensors monitor temperature, humidity, air quality and light. The device is powered entirely over Ethernet, mounts to walls, tables or mullions via a multi-bracket system, and is managed centrally through Neat Pulse cloud management; its body is built from recycled aluminum. It is compatible with Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms and Google Meet.
