Privacy Policy

Last updated: 13 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Savi Vision Private Ltd. collects, uses, and protects information when you visit savivision.com or submit a form on this Website.

1. Introduction

Savi Vision Private Ltd.(“Savi Vision”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information of everyone who visits savivision.com(the “Website”) or interacts with us through it. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how it is used, and the choices available to you. By using this Website, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Information you provide directly — such as your name, company name, email address, phone number, and any message or files you submit through a form on this Website.
  • Information collected automatically — such as general technical and usage information (for example, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and approximate location inferred from your IP address) gathered through our website analytics and tag management tools, described in more detail below.

We do not require you to create an account or log in to browse this Website.

3. Information Submitted Through Contact/Enquiry Forms

When you use our Contact or Enquiry forms, we ask for details such as your full name, company name, email address, mobile number, subject, and message. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and is delivered directly to our internal business mailbox (info@savivision.com). We do not add form submissions to a separate marketing database, and we do not send you an automated confirmation or marketing email as a result of submitting the form.

4. Career Applications and Resume/Documents

Our Careers page allows you to submit a job application, including your name, contact details, current and expected compensation, work experience, qualifications, and other details relevant to the role, along with a resume/CV file (accepted as PDF, DOC, or DOCX, up to 5MB).

Application details and the attached resume are delivered directly to our Human Resources mailbox (hr@savivision.com) for the sole purpose of evaluating your candidacy. We do not send an automated confirmation email to applicants, and application data is not used for any purpose unrelated to recruitment.

5. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to enquiries submitted through our Contact/Enquiry forms;
  • Evaluate job applications submitted through our Careers page;
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the performance and usability of this Website;
  • Understand how visitors use this Website through aggregated analytics; and
  • Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and business record-keeping obligations.

6. Website Analytics

We use website analytics and tag management tools to understand how visitors interact with this Website — for example, which pages are viewed, how long visitors stay, and which device or browser is used. This helps us improve content, navigation, and overall website performance. Analytics data is viewed in aggregate and is not used to identify you personally.

7. Google Analytics 4

This Website may use Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”), a web analytics service provided by Google, to collect standard usage data such as pages visited, time spent on the Website, referring pages, and general device/browser information. GA4 may use cookies and similar identifiers to distinguish visitors. Data collected by GA4 is processed by Google in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy. You can learn more about how Google uses data from sites that use its services, and adjust your ad settings, at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

8. Google Tag Manager

This Website uses Google Tag Manager (“GTM”) to manage and deploy the analytics and marketing tags referenced in this Policy. GTM itself is a tag-management system — it does not, on its own, collect personal information — but it may be used to trigger other tools (such as GA4) that do collect the information described above.

9. Microsoft Clarity

This Website may use Microsoft Clarity, a behavioral analytics tool that helps us understand how visitors use the Website through aggregated interaction data such as scroll depth, click patterns, and anonymized session recordings. Microsoft Clarity may use cookies and collect usage data, including from this Website, as further described in Microsoft’s Privacy Statement. We use this data to identify usability issues and improve the Website experience, not to identify individual visitors.

10. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. This Website may use cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage) for purposes including:

  • Enabling analytics tools (GA4, Microsoft Clarity) to distinguish and count visitors;
  • Remembering interface preferences, such as light or dark display mode; and
  • Supporting embedded third-party content, such as maps and videos (see below).

Most web browsers let you control cookies through their settings, including blocking or deleting existing cookies. Please note that disabling cookies may affect certain non-essential Website features.

11. Data Sharing / Third-Party Services

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers that help us operate this Website and deliver form submissions internally, such as our email delivery infrastructure and website hosting provider;
  • Analytics providers — Google (GA4, Google Tag Manager) and Microsoft (Clarity), as described above; and
  • Embedded third-party content — this Website embeds YouTube videos and a Google Maps location on certain pages. These third parties may independently collect information (including via cookies) when their embedded content is loaded or interacted with, in accordance with their own privacy policies.

We may also disclose information where required to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or reorganization.

12. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information submitted to us, including:

  • Server-side validation and sanitization of all form submissions;
  • Rate-limiting to help prevent automated abuse of our forms;
  • Secure, credential-free authentication (OAuth 2.0) for internal email delivery, rather than storing reusable account passwords in our systems; and
  • Standard website security headers to help protect against common web vulnerabilities.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and while we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Data Retention

We retain information submitted through our forms for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry or evaluate your job application, and to meet our legitimate business, accounting, or legal record-keeping needs. If you would like us to delete information you have submitted, please contact us using the details below and we will act on your request wherever we are not required to retain it for a legitimate business or legal reason.

14. User Rights and Choices

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Request confirmation of what personal information we hold about you;
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information; and
  • Request deletion of information you have submitted to us, subject to legitimate retention needs.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at info@savivision.com. We will respond to legitimate requests within a reasonable timeframe.

15. Children's Privacy

This Website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can remove it.

16. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the tools we use, or applicable law. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when this Policy was last revised. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
